2011 is here, thoughts about 2010

I cant believe 2011 is here already, 2010 was a great year and it went by so fast.

I am very happy at the improvements I have made with my art last year. 2010 was the year that ended 2 years of a slow descent into mediocrity. Devi and Cassie were a big help in taking the time to help me improve anatomy, facial expressions, posing, and just plain old getting me to break out of my comfort zone and draw more interesting pictures.

I met so many new friends this year, many grew to be quite close to me <3

2010 was also a great year for photography, last hannukah I got me a Canon EOS Rebel XSi camera kit and it has helped me take better photos, well the camera is only part of the equation, by studying with some other subway train photographer freinds I was able to improve my techniques as well.

Academically it was a great year for me as well, having made deans list in the spring semester and doing quite well in the fall semester.

2011 I plan on continuing the great progress I have made in the past year, reaching ever higher in artwork, photography and all other aspects of my life. The best is yet to come for Marie Foxie, Jon Jon, Aurora, and Niki, my newest char.
